For this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to the second-hand used items offered for sale on our Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.

- You mean the individual or entity using the Service, or making an order through Us.
Corporate Audit and Service Charges
If a corporate company decides to discontinue services from REGENF after product auditing, we respect their decision. Please note, there is a nominal service charge ranging from INR 500 to 1000 for our auditing services. This fee compensates for the expertise and resources invested during the product auditing process.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging with proper Billing.
- In such case transport charges may be applicable to the users
Non-returnable Goods
The following types of Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- Goods which by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past expiry.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Refunds for Faulty Goods
REGENF is prepared to accept products without prior auditing in case of user’s emergency request. If, ReGenF takes the products without auditing process, the product exhibits major faults or damage amounting to less than 50% of its value, we will issue a refund covering that portion of the product’s value. It can be implement based on the mutual discussion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of returned delivery.
